Danielle is a passionate and skilled Registered Massage Therapist and proud graduate of the inaugural Massage Therapy program at Conestoga College, where she completed an intensive three-year training. With over 15 years of experience coaching high-performance athletes in Snowboarding and Mountain Biking, Danielle brings a deep understanding of functional movement, injury recovery, and sports rehabilitation into every treatment.
Her journey into manual therapy was inspired by her own experience recovering from athletic injuries while living and coaching in British Columbia. This first-hand insight led to her commitment to helping others move better, feel better, and live pain-free.
In addition to her massage therapy credentials, Danielle is a certified Personal Trainer with a strong interest in biomechanics and the impact of repetitive movements on the body — whether in sport or daily life. She takes a holistic, personalized approach to each session, combining fascial release, joint mobilizations, and movement-based therapy to relieve pain, restore mobility, and promote long-term wellness.
Whether you’re an athlete, weekend warrior, or desk worker experiencing tension or pain, Danielle is here to help you move with confidence again.
