As a member, you enjoy the exclusive membership price of $107 on all standard 60-minute treatments, regardless of treatment type, including Massage Therapy, Acupuncture, and Chiropractic Care.For 60-minute treatments with added modalities such as cupping, hot stone, or aromatherapy, pricing will be adjusted accordingly, with membership discounts applied.

• Flexible Treatment Choices

Members may choose any treatment category and any treatment duration to fulfill their monthly visit requirement.

• Extra Treatments at Member Rates

If you require more than one treatment within the same month, all additional treatments will also enjoy the same membership pricing.

• Family Member Benefits

Household members may enjoy the same discounted membership pricing without maintaining their own monthly visit requirement.

• Choose Your Therapist

You are welcome to book with the same therapist or try different practitioners based on your preference and comfort.

• Insurance Billing & Receipts

We offer direct billing with most insurance providers. However, if direct billing cannot be completed due to insurance policy limitations, system errors, or other external reasons, the client will be responsible for full payment at the time of the visit.

In such cases, a detailed receipt including the treating therapist’s credentials will be provided for the client to submit to their insurance provider independently.

Membership Terms & Conditions – 2026

• One-Time Free Membership Enrollment (2026 Only)

Each individual is eligible for one complimentary membership enrollment only during 2026.

• Monthly Visit Requirement

To maintain active membership status, members must complete at least one visit per month, regardless of treatment type or duration.

• Membership Cancellation Due to Inactivity

If a member does not attend any appointment for two consecutive months, their membership will be automatically cancelled.

• Rejoining the Membership

If a cancelled member wishes to rejoin, a $20 membership fee will apply.Rejoined members must again comply with the requirement of at least one visit per month, and membership will be cancelled if two consecutive months are missed.

• Family Membership Conditions

To receive membership pricing, family members must declare their relationship to the primary member prior to the start of the treatment.If the primary member’s membership becomes inactive or is cancelled for any reason, all associated family member membership benefits will be automatically terminated at the same time.

• Clinic Policies

By joining this membership, you agree to comply with AHC Wellness Clinic’s 24-hour cancellation policy, no-show policy, and late cancellation policy.These policies apply equally to both members and non-members.

• Credit Card Authorization

Members agree to allow AHC Wellness Clinic to securely store a credit card on file for appointment management, missed appointments, late cancellations, or any applicable charges, in accordance with clinic policies.
